Daily Reward was a simple game in the Fetch app: snap a receipt, earn a spin, and win bonus points.

By offering one spin daily, the mechanic aimed to make receipt snapping — Fetch’s core loop — a regular, sticky habit. We wanted users to return to Fetch and snap a receipt every day.

Background

When it first launched, Daily Reward was a hit

Users raved about it on socials, celebrating their wins and congratulating others. While it was a moment of joy for millions, we temporarily removed the spin to refocus its mechanic on reactivation, deeper engagement, and brand impact.
